I’m a Midwestern girl who has been fascinated with writing, travel, and food since I was tiny.  Along the way, I’ve picked up a couple languages, a few stamps in my passport, and a whole lot of opinions.  More recently, I took on the challenge of parenting a precocious little boy.  We call him il Bambino.

So, while I write technical gobbledygook for a living, this blog is my place to muse over the joys/challenges/absurdities of parenting, our adventures, and anything I feel like rambling on about.
